Hans on Beauty is owned by myself, Tricia Hans. I am the main service provider for Hans on Beauty, but also have a stellar team for bridal parties. My career in the beauty industry began at 18 while working at Bare Minerals. This is when I found my passion for makeup and decided to go to beauty school. I attended the Douglas J Aveda Institute of Knoxville.
 
As soon as I graduated with my cosmetology license, I moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL. My first job in the hair industry was at JustAir, a blow dry bar. Then in 2017 I moved on to Lee Loo Salon. Here I assisted Katia Bates, who is a L'Oreal educator and balayage specialist. In 2018, I decided to expand my services and acquired eyelash extension certification from Xtreme Lashes.
 
With this new certification, I moved onto a salon that offered eyelash extension services, Olivier Salon. I was at Olivier for a year before I decided to make a big move in my career, and open up my own salon studio, Hans on Beauty.
 
My favorite part of running my own business is the flexibility I have to provide my clients with whatever they need, whether that be an evening appointment or an on-site event. I want all my clients to feel and look their best.
